Our team recently completed a two-day sealcoating and striping project for the Sleep Inn in Edmond, OK. The parking lot had begun to show signs of wear from regular guest traffic and Oklahoma weather. To restore its appearance and extend its life, we applied a fresh coat of sealer and restriped the lot, improving both safety and curb appeal for guests arriving at the hotel.

Sleep Inn Edmond is a comfortable, well-rated hotel located at 3608 S Broadway in Edmond, OK. The property serves travelers throughout the Oklahoma City metro and offers easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and major highways. With consistent guest traffic, maintaining a clean and clearly marked parking lot is an important part of the guest experience.
Work Completed
We sealcoated more than 48,000 square feet of asphalt and used approximately 750 gallons of sealer. Once the surface was sealed, we restriped the parking lot to ensure every stall and traffic marking met current layout and safety standards. Because the property needed to remain open for guests, we worked closely with management to divide the project into two phases. The first half of the lot was sealcoated and striped on day one, and the remaining half was completed the following day. Each morning began after the hotel’s 10:00 a.m. checkout to minimize disruption.
